Shipping Policy

All products in stock will be delivered within 3 working days from the time your payment is received. You will be notified immediately if any products you have ordered are currently out of stock. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for out of stock items to be shipped from overseas. All New Zealand shipments will have a $5.00 packaging / courier fee, except for large goods, which will have their freight worked out on an individual basis. RTT uses Fastway couriers and NZ Post for deliveries of small goods, and PBT for large goods. Freight for shipments outside New Zealand will be worked out on an individual basis. Please contact us for a quote before placing an order. RTT accepts Bank Deposits . You will be sent payment details in the order confirmation email.

Returns Policy

We will accept for exchange any goods unopened, unused, in original packing and in original condition within 14 days or purchase. We will accept returns of any faulty goods and offer a full refund or replacement in accordance with the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act.
